Build Muscle

Everyone can build some muscle.  Stay home, go to a gym, or get a personal trainer.  Find ways to actually build your muscles.

When you use your muscles, you burn through their stored glycogen, thus making more room for incoming glucose and helping lower insulin.

Lower Stress

Lower your cortisol by walking, petting your cat, laughing with a friend, getting a massage, or practicing mindful meditation or yoga.  There are lots more ways to lower your stress.  Find ways that work for you!
