Weight TrainingI have been practicing Fred Hahn's Slow Burn Weight Lifting methods for 4 years, and have helped others learn how to build muscles using this low-risk, customizable, efficient method. Although fastest gains are made in a gym, I spent the first three years weight lifting at home. You can, too. Get strong and stay young.
Food PreparationI can teach you how to make bone broth, render lard, shop at Farmer's Markets, or make sense of which prepared foods are the healthiest.
Classes and PresentationsI can give a talk, presentation, question & answer session, or teach a class on these topics. Regardless of number of people attending, my rate is $40 per hour.

During my initial consulting session, we will start by determining if you have insulin resistance by using any lab data that you have, and by using simple measurements that you can do at home. We will also discuss any other concerns that you have, and decide if you need any other labs done to help you determine more about your current state of health. Next, we will work together to develop a realistic course of action for you to take to immediately begin lowering your insulin levels. You will not need to purchase any special supplements or medicines in order to begin to lower your insulin levels. We will also discuss how to tell if a lifestyle change is giving you good results and is worth the effort. It is not necessary to make huge sacrifices, and live in a state of constant denial, to achieve good health. To achieve health, you need the correct information and support. If you choose future sessions, we can work as a team to help you continue to get the information and support that you need. I am so excited that you have found this website.
